E-Boutique shipping conditions are as follows:
- FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
- Items are shipped via aus post and can easily be tracked on the auspost website. - A tracking number will be emailed to you to track your purchase. For express shipping a $8 fee is applicable.
- Orders received between 10:00 am – 5:00 pm will be posted the next day so please allow upto 2-3 days for your order to arrive. Orders received after the cut of time will be sent the day after the order has been placed.
- Please allow 4-5 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Coelho will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
- Orders are subject to availability.
- Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, please note deliveries are not made over weekends.
- Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes. So, a physical address must be provided at time of purchase.
- Ownership and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address.
- Please note during sale periods, orders may be subject to delay, so please allow minimum 3-5 business days for delivery.

E-Boutique exchange conditions are as follows:
- Coelho has a strict no refund policy
- Items can be exchanged, for any other style/print/colour available.
- All exchanges are subject to availability.
- If the price of the item exchanged is lower than the initial purchase we will gladly issue you with a credit voucher valid for 6 months from date of exchange.
- Note: exchanges MUST be sent back to Coelho within 7 days from date of purchase. Items received after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
- Note: There is no cancellation once the order has been placed.
- Note: sale items cannot be returned for an exchange.
- Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
- Coelho will take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.
- Return shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges will only be accepted if:
- The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact
- The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
- The goods are returned within seven working days of purchase date; and
- The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
How to exchange your E-boutique order:
- Please email : email@example.com to request an exchange authorisation number and why you would like your purchase exchanged.
- Please fill out the exchange form sent with your original order and send to the below address with the returned item/s:

All credit card details are managed directly by ANZ eGate. The use of SSL certificates to encrypt card details is managed on the Bank Hosted payment page, ensuring that customer card details are protected from interception during transmission.
